Mondays & Wednesdays, 9 am-   Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi for the perfect combination of exercise and meditation. Slow, flowing movements help improve core strength, muscle balance and control.

9am– Mon- Fri.  This class includes a Warm-Up, Resistance Training, Stretching, Core Exercises and some Cardio movements.  Great for beginners to intermediates, the goal of this class is to help you build functional strength while improving balance and flexibility
