Senior Fitness– This class focuses on total body strengthening and balance exercises using exercise bands, hand weights, and body weight exercises.  It also includes stretching and some light cardio movements.

Friday, 8 am – A combination of cardio and strength exercise using unique equipment options will keep you on your toes. There’s no set format, and every class is different with half dedicated to strength exercises.

9am– Mon- Fri.  This class includes a Warm-Up, Resistance Training, Stretching, Core Exercises and some Cardio movements.  Great for beginners to intermediates, the goal of this class is to help you build functional strength while improving balance and flexibility

Come join us for dancing and live music! $9.00 at the door. All ages are welcome and no alcohol, please. The dance is hosted by a group of volunteers who rent the Council on Aging as the venue. The volunteers donate a portion of the money back to the Council on Aging.   Sept 8-Southern […]
