This is for our congregate meal participants only. Not open to the general public.
Open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm- Includes: Nustep, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, elliptical, weight station and free weights.
Friday, 8 am – A combination of cardio and strength exercise using unique equipment options will keep you on your toes. There’s no set format, and every class is different with half dedicated to strength exercises.

Fridays, 10am- This class focuses on full body strengthening and balance exercises using exercise bands, hand weights, and balls.
Mondays & Wednesdays, 8 am- The perfect way to build strength while toning your body. You’ll get experience using everything from resistance bands to free weights to get a full body workout.
