9am– Mon- Fri.  This class includes a Warm-Up, Resistance Training, Stretching, Core Exercises and some Cardio movements.  Great for beginners to intermediates, the goal of this class is to help you build functional strength while improving balance and flexibility

10:30am  Mon.  This class is led by a certified Arthritis Foundation instructor and emphasis is on improving range of motion in joints, strength, and balance.  This class utilizes gentle strength, cardio, and stretching exercises to keep participants moving at their best.
