Mondays and Thursdays @10:00 am – Class is with a certified Arthritis Foundation instructor. Class emphasis is on improving range of motion in joints, strength and balance. Ending with relaxation.
Arthritis Foundation exercise classes, help provide a way to be active for those living with various joint conditions. This utilizes gentle strength, cardio, and stretching exercises to keep participants moving at their best.
