Designed exclusively for older adults, Geri-Fit helps rebuild strength that’s been lost through the aging process. Any older adult, regardless of their age or fitness level, can participate. It makes no difference what age you are because any age will benefit from lifting weights.

Come join us for dancing and live music! $9.00 at the door. All ages are welcome and no alcohol, please. The dance is hosted by a group of volunteers who rent the Council on Aging as the venue. The volunteers donate a portion of the money back to the Council on Aging.
